only another little update. but have got some new parts:thumbs:
and got a cage coming from apex soon.
but this is what i got. well chuffed :dw::dw::dw:

well roll cage came today.
managed to get quite abit done while it rained. had to stop early tho as my drive flooded.
today i got the cage fitted, took roof lining out and gave it a quick spray needs another coat. made a frame and fitted bucket seat and fitted the battery box and battery properly into place.

this looks a lot more gold by eye but i think the flash made it come out clear. lol

also i have got a plate off metal and positioned it where i think the hydro should go. it feels comfortable and i can get gears fine. i will make some brackets up for the standard handbrake where it is now. what do you think??

thanks

well i am very happy ATM. just went to get some parts from my local motor factors and saw a sign about a vw polo rolling road day. some nice cars there and some was pushing about 160 bhp out off a 1.3. i was a bit cheeky and asked if i could jump on as it was a lot cheaper than normal. so put the cars on the rollers and maxed out the rr at 252 and shut the vw boys down. hahah the guy said its got a lot more left too. so I'm a very happy with the out come :wack::wack:
