 Suspension choices

well have recently bought a civic 95 hatchback. and think first like i want to look at is suspension..

has any1 got any views on the ebay coilover kit.. i.e

Personally i would probably go for the ebay's to get the looks (definately not for the ride!) and then save up for a good set.

I fit em for 60 quid

50 for you Wink will be done in a day and can garuentee i dont break any bolts Idea

i should be able to do it i recon. as i changed springs in ma renualt and replaced shox and springs at work.. but how do u convert them..

what u mean convert them?

Be very carefull when you do it as there are some bolts which are garuenteed to break

i was under the understandin that u have to fit or put sleves on and that..

which bolts are they.. would they not work with a fire axe..

ok cool, just becarefull cause you may end up needing new rear arms and spending a lot more than you need to

pmsl... close but nh. like a really powerfull blow torch.. it probs aint the correct name 4 it. but thats wat its called at work. we use it on loads of bolts mainly on exhausts and turbos.

yeah, would probably help.

Just so u know incase u need to get new ones, there high tensile m12 with a 0.25 pitch thread (if i remember correctly)

Yeah its alot stronger, brake the word 'high tensile' down, describes itself really. High tensile bolts on our cars (normally 8.8 tensile) are gold coloured, the bolts iv been using (which are from west brom fasteners (FTW!!!)) are 10.2 tensile and are black
