PostSubject: rental costs   Mon 11 Jul 2011, 3:14 am

me and the mrs currently dwell in a 1 bed council flat in deepest darkest netherton...

we've been offered a place to live in an area we both love above a pub thats 2 bed and newly decorated blah blah blah

ok as it stands its about 450 all in at the mo

and will be 500 all in in the new place

so it will only cost us an extra 25 each will be a better quality of life etc but we will have to give up the safety of council accomodation....

what sort of rental prices are you guys paying (if any)

we would love to buy...but it just aint happenening in the current market

Be cautious above pubs, especially with no home insurance. Kitchens hav tendencies to go poof! Trust me, 13 years living above pus mate. Also, noise downstairs until at least 11pm every night and depending if it's a busy pub the wonderful smell of oil and food through any open windows from extraction fans

That's a really good price if it's inclusive.
If your parents are having it then even better.
Only downside is pissed up pricks, but that depends on location, if it's a nice decent area you should be good.
