Find some original wheels, dump it and loose the roofrack.

Start looking for the next trendsetter dude, roofracks are so over done.

I reckon would look nice just plain, clean, slammed on sOme wheels. Keep it simple and not overcrowded

Coming along nicely though

does look good but weighing it up against what it is now to the work/money to paint the centre's, i'd keep them how they are fo sho!

ha ha yeah thats what I ment ezz, having a nightmare day at work so bit stressed out, yeah al was thinking some mad colour but will leave them polished for now as ive just put the time in covering up all the nicks and dinks in the black paintwork on them.

Tyres being fitted Friday - Skunk2 shocks on order and after a set of ebay springs then off to Carz2 to order rear arches. phew will get there.

I mite take the roof rack off im not sure yet ill have some pics of it when its done with and without and see then.

also off to pick up my new LCA's tonight :-)

To start with as promised heres my Sunday afternoon wheel build up.

To start with I used a bit of cleaner (yes that is actually BBQ cleaner), old toothbrush, scouring pad and soapy water and scrubbed the crap out of them, I also used some Autosol Metal cleaner and buffed them up.

Before

During

After

I also bought a touch up stick from Halfords and cleaned up the little nic's and dinks.

Sadly havent got any pics atm of these dinks sorted out :-(

Ok so after buying some Skunk2 shocks off a guy from 4guk I quickly realised that I needed UK LCA's as the fork fitments obv wouldn't fit over the JDM loopeye LCA's.

So I picked these up off Maric from 4guk who has already had the pollybushed, ill get them hammerighted tomorrow.

I also popped down to Bens to see Mr Gaz today he quickly stretched some rubber over the Exips, im really pleased how they have turned out.

Sorry for the bad pic quality.

Next on the list was the rear panels, ive ordered them from www.carz2.co.uk, didnt realise how local they are (based in Malvern / Worcester) good price too 14 each and im off to the body shop with Ned tomorrow to get some quotes for the welding/spraying.

The build is now gaining some momentum, getting it ready for JAE.

Next on the list once back from the body shop (end of the month) is an underseal around the inner arches and hammerighting the suspension parts, keeping it fresh yo before I fit the shocks / spring's ive also gotta get the exhaust checked out as its hanging low.

theeeeennnnn im SLAMMMMMMMING THE FECK outta the ED2!!!
