just shop around, check the forums, eBay etc...you will find a genuine set of wheels for the same price as a brand new set of 'Lenso's'.

the corolla deserves some sick new shoes Cool

[quote="harw00d"]i first rinsed the car, and then washed it with turtle wax zip wax shampoo, removed excess water with a squeegee and clay barred the whole car using Meguiars Smooth Surface Clay Kit, and rinsed once more.
i then went on to dry the car with the squeegee and then finished with autoglym aqua wax and auto glym vinyl and rubber care on the tyres!

Asking for trouble using those, should use a synthetic chamois for the best results, get a tiny bit of grit on the blade and its hello scratches all over you paintwork.

i know its not the perfect thing to use, but it is nice and quick, and i do rinse it before use and after each panel to try and minimize any dirt and grit that does get onto it!
i've heard that chamois can hold onto grit, that's why i stopped using them in the first place, maybe some big microfibre towels would be the best thing for it.

they can do but just have a bucket of hot water and rinse it out everytime you dry a section of your car. if your coming to the meet tommorrow ill be bringing some platinum kits along with me, its got wax that lasts for up to 6months and fabric protector, all for a fiver. use them on showroom cars all the time, dealers retail this stuff at around 100

basically its a really hardwearing wax, the stuff that people pay for (supa guard, lifeshine etc) lasts for months. it also can keep reds from going pink, and stop the effects of salt on your paintwork. most of the dealers that have worked in use it and other versions of it, but it all does the same thing

had my exhaust system altered today, had a mid box fitted, and a different back box as the oval 'jap can' was too bassy.

also bought some seat covers to protect my 'rare as fark' interior! not got any pictures of them at the moment.

the actual sub is really easy to get out, i've even got a quick release plug on the side of it to make it that bit easier, this is important for when i want to take my guitar amp places!
so the amp isn't working when the sub isn't connected to it, i've put a little kill-switch in the board that the amp is fastened to.
to remove the amp i would have to remove the cables, but hopefully i wont have to be getting it out!
