I Know theyre bad.. but how bad? Im on about the ones on ebay..
48 pound or whatever, im sure you all know the ones.. (cant be bothered to find a link to be fair)
But yeah, they're obviously not gonna be great but are they really that bad?
On a 1.4 ek... it's not asif your going to be going anywhere in that much of a hurry!
I don't really mind about a bumpy ride im used to them from all my mates with slammed cars so...
aslong as they actually work and aren't TOO shoddy, i know i should save up for decent coilies but its hard when you go to college!

Has anyone on here got any? and can they really acheieve 100m lowering? without being DEADLY

Glad you've said that you know. I don't really care about bopping along to tough!
I just need to be low and safe, this is why choppers deffo arent an option lool
I've heard alot of negativity about them over on hondacivicforum though,
but most of them guys deal with 600 pound coilies though so.....

You ever had them fitted? if you have do they fit easy an how low do they actually go?

i had them on 4 of my civics, it wasnt until i was in pain with my back and went to the doctors about it that i stopped rockin them lol

pretty much everyone on this site has rocked them, they get you low on a budget but can also fark up your standard shocks.

you can buy full coilovers on ebay called race land an from what i've heard there not bad for about 120+ or sumat.

you get what you pay for though in any case, if you want quality it comes at a price, if you settle for cheap stuff it comes with risks....

LOOL swear down, was it from your car or just in general?

Andd rr thats a slight comfort to hear, yeah i figured my standard shocks would take a good old beating, they wont be on forever anyway, just untill mid summer when i can get something half decent..

I heard the blue ones ebay are selling now are rubish n the red ones they used to sell were better? they look like theyre exactly the same to me though just different colours? :\

Thanks for the info though!
