PostSubject: Northwest meet?   Tue 18 Jan 2011, 8:06 am

Hi guys,

Looking at getting a meet sorted somewhere in the m62 corridor between liverpool and the M1 (big area I know!)
I run an new accord site and all the members are really spread out so thinking either Liverpool if a couple make it from Ireland and/or somewhere inbetwen either on the M6 or M1 depending on who's coming.

I realise this is very vague but my thinking is with 5 months to plan it can only go well!

thanks for reading and if you have any ideas just post em!

Thanks, Leon

Hi Leon,

Thanks for posting up mate, I would say a majority of our members are all from the Midlands. If it was closer down our way Id say a few of us could come. Let us know when and where your thinking...

i'd say the only reason why big meets happen is if the forum/site is known and is pretty big, if yours is then you might be able to pull it off but if its not then i doubt many will attend, try and get some feed back from the people on the forum/site to see where they think would be good to meet then try and balance it out to make it the best place for all.

good luck!

Thats exactly what I do - Check the TOA meets - What I do is we have a venue, dates times, I put up maps and addresses then post the shit outta it on lots of forums to raise awareness.

Rather that Spam I introduce myself, what I drive etc then ask Mods if its ok to post up a meet etc..

Look if you need any help organizing this I have a list of over 60 Jap forums I could email you.

As cus said find a venue set a date and time and off you go.

except my pride!!

I have only ever been to stoke doing deliveries, I need some inside knowledge of a place just off the motorway so everyone finds it, somewhere we can get scran too and where we won't get moved on (providing everyone behaves!)

is sandbach services any good do you think?

5th june?
