Will try the socket wd40 and hammer first off and see what happens.

have you thought of goin down a tyre fitters see if they have anything?

Should be going down to one this week hopefully and getting the problem sorted fingers crossed with no hassle. Need my tyre valve replacing on my new rim aswell. You think they would charge much for the job at hand?
