as for spinal fail. you should try the front and rear with just the springs and a coil cut off the back

I have the sleeves on mine, we have a 15T press where i work, i was considering taking them off and having them compressed to remove some of the plasticity in the spring, not sure on the tensile strength of the spring so i dont know if they'd cope..but in theory it should. Youngs modulus and all that.

As cus said. make sure you have a punch chisel too as most of the time the head snaps off . grease them up starting now if you want them done by the weekend, giving them a good bang with a hammer when you're lubing them up will also help with penetration into the bush.





that last bit was pure filth.

blow torch and halfords shock and unlock, i managed to strip the front and rear of rusty eg apart with this combo yo

Well my lights have just arrived,

Nothing special just a set of rear lights...Its all hopefully going to go this weekend get the coileys done cars gunna look mint...

my mates got some 50's as these are 60's if they do rub...well see if it look as sick as cus has made it...

been out and about in it earlier and got some funny looks like peeps say wtf is that...all good though..

they arent. they are black racing. watanabe's are pretty much the same though, and that brand name has stuck with the #style' of wheel

same as SSR 8's a lot of companies ran that style of rim. I prefer the black racings though.
