hi i dont mind renting a bit of space for someone to do a project car but its a busy workshop so you wont be able to use the place to run your own bussiness along side ours due to access being used all the time . (sorry) but like a few have in mind when i move into the new unit anyone is welcome to come down i dont mind the yard being used for meets and bbqs theres a few that meet at my unit now and then that would join in Very Happy .
